Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), personal checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card and customers using personal checks must provide a photo ID.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. We understand this and are able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. Customers using Care Credit must provide a photo ID. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply over the phone for immediate approval or online at www.CareCredit.com.
Northwest Alabama Spay and Neuter Assistance helps provide low-cost spay/neuter surgery for eligible applicants, using funds from donations and awarded grants. To see if they currently have enough donations to accept applications or to fill out the application visit them online at www.NASANA.org.
Another popular option for your family and pet is insurance coverage, which allows you to pay us upfront and then potentially be reimbursed. We do not endorse or support any particular pet insurance. Any claims will need to be filed by the owner.
