About Us
D&D is a female-founded and owned company. As a privately-owned independent company, we have the flexibility to work with each client to provide personalized service tailored to specific needs. As market innovators, we study the trends of the workers' compensation and healthcare industries to determine the best practices and cost-effective solutions to better meet the needs of our clients and bring continuity to the rehabilitation process (from the moment of injury to safe, successful return to work injury and achievement of pre-injury status). With escalating health insurance costs, we understand the necessity to be proactive with file management and develop strategies that address the issues our clients face in injury management. We incorporate state-of-the-art technology for efficient and comprehensive cost-saving services (24/7 Occupational Triage, Triage AfterCare, and Field Case Management) to better assist the claims adjuster, TPA companies, self-insured employers, and insurance companies. Most importantly, we understand the balance ensuring continuity of care for the injured worker resulting in a more positive outcome for all.
D&D Total Health Solutions has the distinct advantage of an experienced Certified Case Manager and Legal Nurse Consultant as President and CEO. Each file is monitored to ensure quality standards for our clients. All Case Managers and Occupational Nurses are trained and familiar with OSHA standards. We abide by the HITECH Act, ensuring that all of our clients' and employees' information is protected.
D&D services include 24/7 Occupational Triage, Triage AfterCare, Medical Case Management, Catastrophic Case Management, Task Assignments, Medical File Review, and Medical Consulting.
